Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract for 2 years, for the provision of Second Level Support/Consultation for SQL Server Database Administration with an option for extension on an annual basis for an additional 3 years.
A full second level support service is required. The consultant will work closely with Dublin City Council's own DBA Unit in order to provide a first class service in the SQL Server Database Administration area. The DBA Unit will have responsibility for first line support but it is envisaged that there may be overlap at times between the 2 roles with the emphasis being on providing an excellent service at all times.
