The purpose of this application is to provide the following oversight and assurance capability to Ervia and its subsidiaries:
1. An automated solution providing an assurance map over the Three Lines of Defence — a consistent approach allowing systemic risk and control assessment, oversight and analysis by category or function — simplified metrics and dashboards aligned to objectives, performance goals and risk appetite.
2. Automated audit planning, issues tracking aligned to risk, control and process.
3. Scalability — Integration with other applications in use (data import/export) and the capability to automate other governance and business processes.
