UCD wishes to establish a Multi Operator Framework with Professional Consultants who will be required to provide full Administration and Management Services for the all services required in the procurement of International Design Competitions for University College Dublin. The successful candidate from this process will be required to run all aspects of an international design competition to procure world renowned Architectural/Urban Design/Landscaping Design/Masterplanning Services in order to develop the UCD Eastern Boundary Masterplan and the Iconic Centre for Creative Design.
