Conditions for participation

Technical and professional ability:
A Tender Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. A completed Questionnaire will be evaluated as the expression of interest.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be completed and returned to mail to: ssprocurement@esb.ie quoting Reference No SSCON2446A no later than 12:00 on Thursday, 4.2.2016.
ESB will shortlist a number of companies to proceed to RFT stage from these expressions of interest, based on the response to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract selection procedure.
