1) A web hosted survey software tool to manage patient experience surveys that is accessed by a provider supported website including a back end database.
2) Undertake a test phase of the end to end process with selected hospitals.
3) Undertake the national patient experience survey in 2017 across the acute hospital setting in Ireland for all patients discharged over a one month period.
