Design of soil binder mixes and implementing Soil Stabilisation and Solidification works to contaminated soils 3 m deep over a 1,4 ha site based on this design.
Soil excavated to depths of 3 m over 1,4 ha site along with excavation to base of underground structures where > 3 m.
Screen and sort material into stockpiles of hard, suitable and unsuitable material.
Removal of unsuitable and recyclable materials to suitable facilities.
Crushing of hard materials and backfill site using suitable material from site, plus imported fill, if required.
Demolition of existing internal walls.
Utility relocation.
