Invitation to Tender for the Provision of a Community Mobilisation to Promote Health & Wellbeing

Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council proposes to award a 1 year contract for the provision of a community mobilisation event to promote health and wellbeing.
The service provider will be required to identify a community mobilisation/physical activity concept which would turn an identified region of the city (population of approx 130,000 with up to 60 primary schools), into an โ€˜event/gameโ€™ for a 6 to 8 week period.
The concept must be aimed at Primary School children, as it is proposed that they will be the initial engagers with the concept, and in turn act as catalyst for change by involving their parents, wider family members, carers etc for the duration of the event.
