ESB have a requirement to put in place a contract for the implementation and potential support of a Knowledge & Document Management Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution on an existing Microsoft SharePoint 2013 environment. The ECM solution to be implemented will support ESB's; business, safety, quality, and environmental management system, and will contain all of ESB's policies, company standards, procedures, guides, and business critical records.

Technical and professional ability:
A Tender Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. A completed Questionnaire will be evaluated as the expression of interest.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be completed and returned to: mail to: ssprocurement@esb.ie quoting Reference No. SSCON2518A no later than 12 noon on Monday 25.4.2016.
ESB will short-list a number of companies to proceed to RFT stage from these expressions of interest, based on the response to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract selection procedure.
