The service may be delivered in a variety of formats or media — but must include the following as a minimum:

— Briefings on key topics addressing the research needs outlined above;
— Access to online reports and materials through an online portal;
— Access that is available to a number of individuals within the CIE Group;

The Contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 3 years with an option to extend by up to a maximum of 36 months at CIE's discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
