As intellectual capital is Eurofound's main asset, the objective of contracting training providers is to start the training as effectively as possible, and to deliver high-quality and efficient training to our staff.
Training delivered to Eurofound's staff will be designed to have a direct impact on the way that they carry out their work — the 'how' — in terms of skills and competencies, with, in turn, a visible and important impact on the work produced by Eurofound.
In addition, Eurofound wants to ensure that relevant feedback is available to managers (heads of unit and staff managing people), while guaranteeing the confidentiality and non-traceability of the staff that provided the feedback. This feedback is needed to support, on an ongoing basis, the leadership and management skills of Eurofound's managers.
This tender is divided into the following lots:
lot 1 — provision of management development and professional effectiveness training;
lot 2 — provision of communication skills training for the staff of Eurofound;
lot 3 — administration of Eurofound's 180° feedback process.
