ESB is inviting expressions of interest from vendors with the relevant experience for the Supply and implementation of Contracts Management and Settlement System covering but not limited to Contracts Management, including complex contracts management and settlement, ROCs and LECs (UK) management, SCADA metered volume validation, REFIT (ROI) administration and validation, CfD Fit (UK) management and settlement and Market Data.The Contracts Management and Settlement System must be capable of interfacing to SAP R3, Market Data providers, Data Aggregator (UK) providers, Meter Operator systems (MRSO in ROI), Market Operators (SEMO in ROI), Exchanges such as APX, N2EX and SCADA meters and BI tools (SAP Business Objects) to import and export data required to manage the Renewables Contracts.All systems should be capable of integration with ESB Enterprise Integration Architecture using SAP PI (Hub). The Hub will link both internal and external applications. Solutions must fit with ESB technical standards: Windows or AIX Unix Server platform on IBM Hardware, Windows Desktops, enterprise class database technology (DB2/Oracle/SQL Server).Proposed solutions must align with current ESB technical standards for IT. These standards will be detailed at the RFP stage.

Technical and professional ability:
Vendors should provide summary details of the three most recent, relevant examples of projects undertaken of a similar application and scale, for supply and implementation of a Contracts Management and Settlement solution including full customer details and reference information. The examples should be relating to some or all of the requirements in Section II.2.1 above.

Expressions of interest will not be accepted from vendors who only provide implementation services. A Request for Proposal will only be issued to qualifying vendors.

Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it shall be a requirement of ESB that one member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the services. Where appropriate the intended contractual responsibility member of any grouping or consortium must be identified in responding to this notice.
