ESB is seeking expressions of interest for a Managed Print Contract commencing in May 2015. This covers approximately 80 locations in the Republic of Ireland, 2 locations in Northern Ireland and 3 locations in England. New sites or requirements could possibly develop over the course of the contract and fleet expansion may be a feature of the contract.The service will be required to be delivered within a Citrix (XenApp 5.0 & XenApp V6.5 or later) environment and on both Windows XP and Windows 7 devices.ESB intends to award a three year contract for this service with an option to extend by a further two years by mutual agreement. The contract will include the following services:1) Full managed print service (including):(a) Monitor, manage and Optimize Print Output Environment;(b) Provide mixture of Multi-function Devices (print, scan, copy & fax) and Print Only Devices;(c) Proactively identify and solve potential printing problems and replenish supplies (all consumables excluding paper);(d) Provide secure follow me printing;(e) Report on each printer usage on a monthly basis.2) Maintenance / support of remnant devices.3) Management of service to include management software.4) Disposal of any obsolete fleet in a sustainable manner.Note: Ability to provide โ€œSecure, Follow Me Printingโ€ and Multi-Function Devices are mandatory requirements.

(2) Information about 3 Clients for whom candidate has provided a similar service. If possible please provide clients based in Ireland. Please include the following:
(a) Name of Organization;
(b) Duration of contract;
(c) Whether a Click Charge, Lease Arrangement or other arrangement (please specify);
(d) Date of commencement and termination of contract;
(e) Number of locations serviced and Geographical spread;
(f) Number of Device types used and overall number of devices managed;
(g) Number of multi-function devices;
(h) Number of devices replaced over contract lifetime;
(i) Ratio of devices to staff numbers;
(j) Was โ€œsecure, follow me printingโ€ deployed;
(k) Any other organisation party to the contract (e.g. prime or sub-contracting roles);
