ESB &/or its Subsidiaries, Associates & Joint Venture Partnerships (hereinafter referred to as ESB)

ESB plans to develop circa 12 wind farms (up to circa 300 MW โ€“ with the potential that this may extend to 500 MW โ€“ in aggregate) in the period from Q2, 2015 to Q4, 2019.
The potential scale of these individual windfarm developments is that they are expected to typically range between 15 MW & 50 MW. There is the potential that certain individual windfarm developments may be up to 100MW.
This call for competition is to establish a framework agreement. The scope of supply is the supply, erection and commissioning of wind turbines for ESB's windfarm developments delivered under this framework agreement.
Long term (minimum 2 years) services and maintenance agreements will also form part of the scope of supply for each of the individual windfarm developments.
The framework term will be a maximum of 5 years, comprised of a 3 year initial term with the right to extend to by a further 2 years at the discretion of ESB.
