Avaya PBX Support and Microsoft Lync Integration Services
The purpose of this competition is to seek provision of Consultancy / IT Services for Avaya PBX Support and Microsoft Lync Integration Services to:
โ Provide for the continued maintenance and support for existing Avaya PBX and Contact Center solutions,
โ Provide for the integration of non-IP sites,
โ Assist in leveraging the existing Microsoft Lync infrastructure and services to design and implement a robust unified communication solution to provide the Department with a platform which best utilises the investment and is capable of bringing on new forms of communications technology as they become available,
โ Provide knowledge and skills transfer to Department staff on the development and support of the voice services infrastructure.
