UCC wishes to procure CRM software together with implementation/integration services and on-going support.
The selected software solution, while delivering the requisite functional capability, will also need to operate in a way that is compatible with UCC's technical architecture and be capable of leveraging existing IT infrastructure and data assets. Services required include implementation support, project management, training, and on-going technical support.
