Provision of Contract Cleaning Services to HRI Racecourses Ltd
Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001, is a commercial semi-state body which took over the functions previously carried out by the Irish Horse Racing Authority. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and the HRI Racecourses Ltd. Leopardstown, Navan and Fairyhouse racecourses are three of the four racecourses owned and managed by the HRI Racecourses Ltd. The attached documents are an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Provision of Contract Cleaning Services to Leopardstown racecourse and Golf centre, Navan racecourse and Fairyhouse racecourse. The requirement is divided into lots:
Lot 1 – Leopardstown Racecourse and Golf Centre,
Lot 2 – Fairyhouse and Navan racecourses.
Leopardstown racecourse and golf centre require a suitably qualified service provider to provide office cleaning services to both the racecourse and the golf centre and event cleaning services to the racecourse. Leopardstown racecourse will be the contracting authority if a contract is to be awarded.
Fairyhouse racecourse is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to provide office cleaning services. Both Fairyhouse and Navan racecourses require event cleaning services for their race days. The individual racecourses will be the contracting authority if a contract is to be awarded.
