ICT Helpdesk Support Staff - Supply of ICT Helpdesk Support Staff from September 2013 to May 2016

The scope of this contract is for the provision of three on-
site , level 1 Computer Helpdesk Support Staff to provide
walk-in helpdesk support to students at the Carlow and
Wexford Campus . This service will be required during the
academic year only i.e September 1 to May 31ST .The
contract also includes the provision of one similarly
qualified and experienced person to undertake various
technicial adminstrative duties related to the operation of
the Computing Services Department.. This position is
required all year round. It is required that two helpdesk staff
be provided on site in the Carlow Campus and , one in the
Wexford Campus for the duration of this contract. The
adminstrative person will be located at the Carlow
Campus. This contract will be from Sept 1 2013 to May
31st 2016.
