Short description

upgrade and / or replace this system with a functionally equivalent system based on a modern technology platform, for the provision of specific enhancements, to be detailed in the Invitation to Tender,for the on-going support of the new system, and the provision of ad-hoc enhancement services. The new system should enable the HFA to take advantage of the benefits of a modern technology platform in areas such as security, user interface, and information access and retrieval. On the basis of replies to this EOI, the HFA will select short listed vendors to participate in a tender process to select a vendor to provide these services. Provided there are sufficient suitably qualified vendors, it is currently anticipated that no more than eight (8) vendors will be selected. Vendors should note that the information set out in this document is preliminary only and will be superseded by more detailed information in the Invitation to Tender and other tender documents.
