Energy Efficiency Credits Register Management System Development and Support Services
The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to develop and support an IT system to manage an energy efficiency credits register for energy suppliers participating in the Better Energy scheme. This system will act as the central register for energy efficiency measures carried out within the scheme and record the energy efficiency credits associated with the measures undertaken. The system will be designed to support Government and Participating Energy Suppliers in reaching their energy efficiency goals as signed up to in the voluntary agreements envisaged under Irish legislation SI542 of 2009. The support contract will be for a term of one year with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of one such extension.
