CSP/4921/FS - Customer First Programme - Client Advisor
Customer First is a strategic programme for Iarnród Éireann which represents an ambitious vision to transform the quality of service provided to its customers by transforming the way in which customers access Irish Rail services. Iarnród Éireann has identified a number of strategic pillars specific to the delivery of future revenue growth within the Customer First Programme. These are:
To better understand customers
Develop strong yield/revenue management capability
Provide quality customer relationship management
Drive Ancillary Revenues
Iarnród Éireann has embarked upon a programme to implement the new capability and service realisation which will underpin the commercial strategy to enhance revenue generating opportunities. It is proposed that the functionality provided by the key capabilities will be required over the next 2- 3 years to support this. It is expected that the Customer First Programme design will be implemented in a number of stages or roll outs. Each roll out will be preceded by a detailed design, describing the future operating model for the affected services and will describe any interim arrangements that may exist as the solution is rolled out. Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) has a requirement for expert Client Advisory services to augment and support the procurement
phase of our implementation of the Customer First programme over the next 9-12 months. IÉ will draw on the consultant's knowledge of the Transport industry, broad experience at applying best practices and proven methodologies to assist them to deliver this crucial component of the Customer First Programme.
