The objective of this RFT is to identify suitably qualified organizations for the provision of expert support to the SEC Programme and to provide support under three LOTs as follows:
1. Development of the SEC Programme toolkit (up to 70 days): To assist SEAI in the development of the SEC Programme toolkit where the toolkit is a general offering to all communities interested in developing more sustainable patterns of energy use.
2. Community Project Management Support (up to 50 days): To engage directly with the exemplar SECs, providing strategic support to assist in implementation of structured approach to energy management at community level.
3. The Sustainable Energy Community Network (up to 70 days): To assist in the development of the SEC Network.
The above establishes an estimate for support required, and the actual support required will be demand-led and determined by actual requirements of the communities, and SEC Network.
Tenderers may submit tenders for one or all LOTs. However each LOT response must be individually presented and priced.
