Supply, implementation and support of an Enterprise Mobile Solution and Mobile Device Management Solution for field technicians
ESB Networks have a requirement to put in place a framework agreement for the supply, implementation and support of an Enterprise Mobile Solution for field technicians, to support the synchronising of work orders from multiple back-end work management systems to mobile devices. It should also enable work order completion on mobile devices and the synchronisation of completed work orders and any updates to asset data that the business requires to capture with the back-end work management and asset register systems. The solution should also provide a mobile timesheet application that can interface to SAP ERP for Payroll and accurate cost capture. The solution should also be capable of integrating to a Geographical Information System (GIS). The solution should also have the capability to render forms on mobile devices. A mobile device management solution is also required to manage, secure and monitor devices using ESB Networks delivered applications and data.
This contract will be divided into two lots:
Lot 1 for Enterprise Mobile Solution and Mobile Application(s).
Lot 2 for Mobile Device Management.
ESB Networks is open to both on-premise and cloud solutions.
