ESB is inviting expressions of interest from vendors with relevant experience for the supply and implementation of a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. ESB will consider both cloud based and on-premise based solutions.The solution should address the following key functional requirements:1. Complete Project Management and Portfolio Management functionality.(a) Ability to cater for all phases of the project life cycle.(b) Communication and Collaboration.(c) Document Management.2. Resource Capacity Management.3. Full Dashboards, KPIs and Reporting capabilities as standard4. Solution must be capable of integrating with ESBs(a) SAP HR for resource and time sheet recording.(b) SAP ERP for cost and billing management.(c) Additional third party data sources as required.

Technical and professional ability:

(1) A brief summary of the candidates experience of supplying and implementing a Project and Portfolio Management solution, including integration with an SAP environment.

(2) Length of time candidate has been in the business of supplying Project and Portfolio Management solutions.

(3) Vendors should provide details of their most recent and relevant examples of projects undertaken, of a similar application and scale, for supply and implementation of a Project and Portfolio Management solution including full customer details and reference information. The examples should relate to all of the requirements in Section II.2.above.
