As detailed in the request for tender, including but not limited to: (a) Any contract award is subject to production of a current tax clearance certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland; (b) All costs incurred by applicants/tenderers in preparing pre-qualification submissions/tenders must be borne by them. The contracting authority accepts no liability for these costs, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is postponed or cancelled; (c) The contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the project by alternative means if it appears that the project can thereby be more advantageously procured. Description of options:
Option for production of digital tachograph cards.
The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract for two further periods beyond the duration set out in II.3, each such period being up to 3 years.
