Quality Auditing
Measurement (and presentation on a periodic basis) of some delivery targets contained within the Public Service Contract between Dublin Bus and National Transport Authority. Bus Cleaning Surveys are carried out by External Service Auditor on a bi-monthly basis on the cleaning of buses by our cleaning services contractor. A summary report is issued following completion of each audit.
Customer Charter details commitments and standards of Dublin Bus to its customers. These commitments and standards are measured by External Service Delivery Auditor on an ongoing basis and reported on twice a year.
