ESBI owns and operates fifteen (15) wind farms in Ireland and the UK.The Carrane Hill windfarm in Co Sligo is wholly owned by ESB. The windfarm went into commercial operation in 2006 and the last windturbine will come out of it's original Service Agreement in 2012.There are 2 options for the Service Contracts.Option 1 - Full Service and Availability Agreement.Option 2 - Service and Availability Agreement excluding Capital Components.The scope of the work wil include provision of all equipment and services for the windfarm as outlined above for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend to 5 years) from the award of contract.
