Provision & implementation of accredited quality assurance system for CIB's delivery partner network
The Citizens Information Board (CIB) is seeking tenders to identify and implement a suitable quality assurance system which will lead to measurable continuous improvement in the service standards provided and to the award of a recognised quality accreditation for the services provided by its delivery partners - the network of Citizens Information Services (CISs), the National Advocacy Services (NAS) and the network of Money Advice & Budgeting Services (MABS).
