It is ESBs intention to award this contract through a Joint Venture company. ESBs Joint Venture Partner is Coillte.
ESB invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates interested in being considered for the supply, erection and commissioning of wind turbines for Raheenleagh Wind Farm. A long term (minimum 2 years) services and maintenance agreement also forms part of the scope of supply.
Proposals for assistance in funding the project may also be requested.
ESB will use the negotiated procedure. Parties interested in being considered for this project must respond to the information requested and criteria and rules outlined in Sections III.2.1, III.2.2 and III.2.3 of this Call for Competition.
