Teagasc wishes to create a framework for the drawdown of technical resources to assist with the implementation of ICT projects over the lifetime of this framework. The purpose of this RFP is to create a panel of suitable companies from whom resources can be drawn down on a case-by-case basis, based on availability and cost as each project commences either on a time and materials basis or fixed price basis.
