Bord Gais Eireann

Bord Gáis Éireann is undertaking a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a multiparty framework to provide IT Infrastructure and Related Services to BGE. It is intended that a multi-party framework agreement will be awarded pursuant to this tender competition. Any contracts awarded under the multi-party framework agreement may extend beyond the lifetime of the framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during the term of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established for a term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year period, subject to an annual review after year five and at the sole discretion of BGE.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Procurement Manager to rahern@bge.ie The questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of the candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 17:00 on Friday 18.1.2013. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.
