Standard Programme of air emission compliance monitoring at selected IPPC licensed sites

Environmental Protection Agency

Operators are required to carry out a programme of self monitoring and report the results to the OEE. As part of its regulatory functions and to provide public confidence, the OEE carries out an annual programme of independent standard atmospheric emissions monitoring. The OEE wishes to outsource this programme of independent monitoring by means of a competitive tender. The contract will be of approximately 3 years duration (project must be completed by end of 2014).
