Dublin Docklands Development Authority

The Dublin Docklands Development Authority [the Authority] was established in 1997 to lead a major project of physical, social and economic regeneration in the 512 ha Docklands Area ["the Area"]. One of the functions of the Authority in support of these objectives is to prepare Planning Schemes for areas specified by Order of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local government ["the Minister"] within the Area. An area of the Poolbeg Peninsula has been so specified. The Authority is inviting tender responses from suitably qualified planning consultants who wish to be considered for the appointment of Lead Consultant who will also provide planning services for a contract to prepare a draft Planning Scheme for the Poolbeg Pensinsula for submission to the Minster. The project is not complete until the Minister has made the Planning Scheme.
