Outsourcing of Electronic Discovery (“eDiscovery”) Rapid Response Investigation Services

This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement [“the Framework Agreement”] with a panel of at least three framework members and up to a maximum of five members, with expertise in IT Forensics and eDiscovery to assist the Enforcement Directorate in the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of electronically stored information (“e-data”) in a forensically sound and secure manner. The panel of framework members will be available at the request of the Enforcement Directorate to assist in the eDiscovery process and to uplift electronic data in a forensically sound manner, to the extent required.
