Hardware Maintenance for The Property Registration Authority
Contract for the provision of a single hardware support contract covering the relevant hardware, systems management software and related operating system environments in respect of specified systems for the Property Registration Authority. The contract shall cover the following requirements:
Support of the Specified Hardware Architecture;
Support of the System Management Software;
Support of Server Operating System software;
Support of VMware software environments including Site Recovery manager (SRM);
Support of backup environment hardware/software.
