EOI for the supply and delivery of a resource deployment and recording system for An Garda Síochána
The resource deployment and recording system must have the capability to:
— record rostered working schedules and resource allocation in relation to the membership of An Garda Síochána, and in particular members of An Garda Síochána in the first instance,
— enable planning and scheduling personnel and ensuring compliance with EU Directive 2003/88/EC "The Working Time Directive",
— enable the profiling of demand and supply to support the allocation of resources,
— support the measurement and monitoring of the effectiveness of resource deployment over time,
— integrate with the existing Garda HR systems,
— integrate with the existing payroll system,
— integrate with PULSE, the core Garda crime recording system,
— integrate with the existing Garda Command and Control System,
— have an archiving facility that can be easily accessed,
— comply with data protection legislation.
