Development Resources Framework
The Courts Service has defined its strategic application architecture for all future application development including case management systems and online services. This application architecture has the Java Platform Enterprise Edition (JEE) open specification at its core.
The tender is to place suitably qualified interested parties into a Framework Agreement for the supply of development and support resources for the Courts Service. These resources are required on a largely continuous basis for the incremental development of a unified Civil Case Management System based on the defined application architecture.
