The supply, delivery and installation of an Automated Real-Time PCR Solution for the Detection of Enteric Pathogens (Beaumont Hospital)
The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of an automated real-time PCR solution for the detection of enteric pathogens directly from faecal samples. The laboratory currently processes approximately 3 000 tests for Salmonella/Shigella/Campylobacter/VTEC and 4 000 tests for Cl.difficile faecal samples per annum.
