The purpose of this request for quotation is to procure a specialist survey of the Shetland Pondweed Potamogeton rutilus in Kindrum Lough, Co. Donegal, and to conduct preliminary searches for the species in other suitable coastal lakes in the county. Potamogeton rutilus was discovered in Kindrum Lough in mid-August 2025 (N.F.
