Smart Metering Programme โ Enduring Consultancy Support for Subject Matter Expertise (SME) (Commission for Energy Regulation)
The CER wishes to establish a multiple-member Framework Agreement, for a duration of, up to, 4 years, in order to provide specialist consultancy support services to deliver the regulatory led aspects of Phase 2 (Requirements Definition and Solution Procurement) and potentially also Phase 3 (Build and Test) of the National Smart Metering Programme (NSMP).
