Smart Metering Programme – Enduring Consultancy Support for Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

The CER wishes to establish a multiple-member Framework Agreement, for a duration of, up to, 4 years, in order to provide specialist consultancy support services to deliver the regulatory led aspects of Phase 2 (Requirements Definition and Solution Procurement) and potentially also Phase 3 (Build and Test) of the National Smart Metering Programme (NSMP). This consultancy support is required to ensure that the CER has successfully delivered the regulatory policy components of the NSMP.
