Lot 3: an UHP Homogeniser;
Lot 4: a Vaccum Microwave Drying System;
Lot 5: a Jacketed Process Tank.

A new co-rotating intermeshing twin screw extruder capable of processing solid, liquid, semi-solid foods is required. Process optimization and potential scale up is seen as essential by the food industry. The main features of the extruder should be user friendly PLC controls, ease to clean and modify screw configurations for process flexibility.
