2019-04-2419/087 — Regional Biosolids Storage Facility — Design Build Contract (Irish Water)
The Contracting Entity plans to construct the following:
A new regional biosolids storage facility and associated site infrastructure on an 11 hectare site located on the eastern side of the N2 and within the townland of Newtown, Dublin 11.
This is in accordance with Irish Water’s National Wastewater Sludge Management Plan which recommended the development of regional facilities for the storage of biosolids.

The Works Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of a new 7 200 m² steel framed aircraft hangar clad with insulated panels within the airport lands at Shannon Airport, Co.
