The aim of this project is to create an iconic, sustainable building focused around the school of health and human performance, other STEM subjects and general teaching facilities at the heart of the Dublin City University Glasnevin campus.

The project comprises the construction of 120 bed ward accommodation including en-suite bathroom facilities at Dunlaoghaire Co. Dublin.
The proposed building will be comprise a gross floor area of approximately 17 000 m2. The building will provide direct linkages to the existing hospital buildings and will include demolitions and associated site works.
