The NDFA is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement of contractors in respect of school projects to be procured and delivered on a design and build basis by the NDFA acting on behalf of the Department of Education and Skills (DoES) - (the 'NDFA Devolved Schools Build Programme' or 'DSBP'.
