Desktop Fingerprint Scanners and Associated Support Services (Department of Justice)
Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) in the Department of Justice (DoJ) seeks to procure a number of desktop fingerprint devices (Idema MTop 2020 or equivalent) and an enhanced support agreement for the devices in order to facilitate faster and more reliable processing in both its International Protection Office (IPO) and the Registration Office.
