Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Wind Infrastructure O&M Contractor. The scope of this tender will include the appointment of a panel of O&M Contractors who will be responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of Wind Infrastructure sites and will be required to meet certain agreed operating performance criteria. It is intended that the Operator will assist the establisment of requisite supply contracts for spare parts, operation and maintenance of the wind sites and associated services. The Operator will be responsible for achieving the agreed operating performance guarantees through best practice operation and maintenance of the sites.
