North East Roscommon Regional Water Supply Scheme: contract 2 - DBO water treatment works. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified firms capable of performing the following: Works shall comprise the design, procurement, supply, construction, testing, setting to work, performance testing and operation and maintenance of a complete, fully functioning raw water intake and water treatment facility including for the dewatering and disposal of waterworks sludge. Each element of the design-build works shall include all civil and MEICA works. The contract will be procured on a design-build and operate (DBO) basis and will include operation and maintenance of the works for a period of up to 20 years.
