Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified firms capable of performing the following: 1. Design and construction of facilities to abstract water from a number of production wells and pump the raw water to a new water treatment plant. Design and construction of a water treatment plant and storage reservoir which will ensure an adequate supply of water to Kingscourt complying with the National Drinking Water Regulations. Operation and maintenance, for a period of up to 20 years, of facilities to abstract water from a number of production wells and pump the raw water to the new water treatment plant. Design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant for Kingscourt complying with the National Regulations and the requirements of the EPA Discharge Licence (currently with EPA).
