Westmeath County Council propose to engage a client representative experienced in water conservation and network management, to advance Westmeath County Council's Water Conservation Phase 2, Stage 3 Mains Rehabilitation Works programme throughout the county, including the gateway towns of Mullingar & Athlone, with a veiw to managing leakage and minimising water losses. The appointment is for all stages, from the preparation of a review of phase 1 report & mains rehabilitation strategy report, preparation of contract documents, management of tender process, tender assessment and recommendation, supervision of construction and commissioning of all stage 3 network rehabilitation works. The appointment will also include the development of a complete water network hydraulic model (EPANET) incorporating the existing model with the new works proposed.
