RFT to establish a Framework agreement for the provision of translation services. The Minister for Justice & Law Reform invites tenders from Service Providers for the provision of Translation Services. The purpose of this tender competition is to conclude a Framework agreement, for a term not exceeding 4 years, with up to 8 Service Providers to provide translation services. Once the Framework agreement is concluded with the Framework members the contracting authority may then award a Contract following a Request for supplementary tender (mini-competitions) as set out in the Framework agreement which accompanies this tender document. The frequency and scope of the supplementary tenders (mini-competitions) shall be determined by the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and the other Parties eligible to participate in this agreement (and therein referred to as "Clients").
